All training sessions are conducted in small groups, unless you prefer private lessons. Each session lasts one hour.
Recovery Room
P.R.O. Athletics athletes will now have access to our dedicated recovery room. This facility features recovery boots, heating pads, stimulation units, foam rollers, stick rollers, and more. Designed to enhance recovery and overall maintenance, this new addition will support athletes in achieving peak performance.
